Purchased fonts may be refunded only if defective. For example, the font will not install properly on your system, and we aren't able to help you get it working. To claim a refund, you must certify that no copy of the font(s) remains in your possession or control and provide proof of a valid sale and receipt. All claims must be made within one week of purchase.
Fonts are delivered digitally. You will receive an emailed receipt containing a download link to your purchased fonts. The email will be sent to the address you provide during checkout. If you do not receive a receipt within an hour, please contact us using the contact form at connary.com/info.html.

We do not offer any subscriptions or reservations, so there is nothing to worry about cancelling when you make a purchase with us. All purchases made on connary.com are for perpetual licenses and are one-time costs.
By purchasing a typeface license, downloading a promotional font, or signing up at the bottom of our pages, we may send you a monthly (or less frequent) e-mail newsletter. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter. We don't want to bother you if you don't want to hear from us.
When purchasing a typeface license and/or downloading a promotional font, we are required by Stripe (our payment processor) to ask for certain information, which varies by region. We will keep a record your purchase in our database, but this database is private and will never be sold to anyone, ever. The database exists only to verify your purchase and will never be used for marketing purposes.
